Refund Policy — Prism Union

At Prism Union, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are made to order and sourced from specialized suppliers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, a change of mind, or customer error. Please carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence
  • Your order number

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier and provide either a replacement or a refund once the loss has been verified.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun.

If your order is still being processed, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Customized or limited-edition items
